This innovative souvenir sheet issued by Correos Spain, titled “Papiroflexia, el arte de doblar el papel” (“Origami, the Art of Folding Paper”), combines postage with an interactive origami experience. The sheet contains two €4.25 stamps: a large perforated square stamp designed as an origami sheet of paper, featuring a distinctive yellow geometric pattern, and a triangular stamp representing the completed pajarita, a traditional Spanish paper bird. Numbered illustrations from 1 to 7 provide step-by-step instructions showing how to fold the square stamp into the finished bird. This creative issue transforms the traditional postage stamp into an engaging hands-on work of art.
