However, due to the unique nature of vintage and philately items, slight variations in color, condition, or appearance may occur. These variations do not constitute defects but rather add to the authentic character of each piece.

5.3. For astrological gemstones, we offer a free astrologer consultation service to help you determine the appropriate gemstone based on your birth chart. This service is provided for guidance only and does not constitute medical or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decision to purchase and wear any gemstone.

6. Free Astrologer Consultation Service

6.1. As part of our commitment to customer care, VaarahiMart.com offers a complimentary astrologer consultation to help customers select the right astrological gemstone.

6.2. To use this service, you must provide your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. This information is used solely for astrological analysis and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

6.3. The consultation provides a recommendation only. You are under no obligation to purchase any gemstone as a result of the consultation.

6.4. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from wearing any gemstone recommended through this service. Astrological guidance is a traditional practice and should not replace professional medical, financial, or legal advice.

6.5. Vaarahi International Services LLC shall not be held liable for any decisions you make based on the astrologer's recommendations.

 

7. Pricing and Payment

7.1. Prices: All prices displayed on VaarahiMart.com are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable UAE rate, unless otherwise stated.

7.2. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are additional and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your Order.

9. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

9.2. Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, Products must be:

  • Accompanied by original packaging and any accompanying documentation (certificates, booklets, etc.)

  • Returned with proof of purchase

9.3. Exceptions to Return Right: You forfeit your right to return if:

  • You have used or worn the Product (except for reasonable inspection)

  • The Product is a perishable item or has been personalized/customized

  • The return period has expired

  • The Product was explicitly marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"

9.4. Astrological Gemstones: Due to the metaphysical nature of astrological gemstones, once a gemstone has been worn for astrological purposes (i.e., after energization or wearing), it cannot be returned unless defective. Please consult our free astrologer service before making your purchase to ensure the right selection.

9.5. Vintage and Philately Items: Returns on vintage and stamp items are accepted only if the item does not match the description or if there is an undisclosed defect. Condition reports are provided for each item, and you are encouraged to review them carefully before purchasing.

9.7. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. 10. Warranties and Product Authenticity

Authenticity Guarantee: Vaarahi International Services LLC guarantees that all philately items (stamps) and vintage collectibles sold on VaarahiMart.com are authentic to the best of our knowledge. For gemstones, we guarantee that they are natural and untreated unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10.2. Warranty Period: The legal warranty of conformity applies to manufacturing defects that become apparent within 15 days from the date of delivery.

10.3. Limitation of Warranty: Our warranties do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use, handling, or storage

  • Damage caused by third-party modifications or repairs

  • For gemstones: metaphysical or astrological outcomes

10.4. Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, except those that cannot be lawfully excluded.

 

11. Intellectual Property Rights

15.1. Governing Law: These Terms and any Contract for the sale of Products through VaarahiMart.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

15.2. Dispute Resolution – Consumer Complaints:

  • If we are unable to resolve the dispute, you may file a complaint with the relevant consumer protection authority in your Emirate.

15.3. Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved through the above mechanisms may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Sharjah Arbitration Center – choose based on your preference, conducted in the English language.

15.4. Small Claims: For claims valued below AED 50,000.00 arbitration clauses may not apply, and the dispute may be resolved through the relevant consumer protection authorities.
