This complete uncut sheet of 30 commemorative postage stamps was issued by Postes Afghanes (Afghan Post), with each stamp carrying a face value of 100 Afghanis (Afs). The design features portrait imagery and national motifs, accompanied by the inscription “POSTES AFGHANES” and references to Ariana, an ancient name associated with the region. The stamps are arranged in a 6 × 5 grid, with intact selvage margins and the serial number 003875 visible on the sheet. Preserved in its original unseparated format, the sheet is an interesting example of Afghan commemorative philately.
